The hotel offers extraordinary rooms with whirlpool tubs and fireplaces, providing a relaxing stay. However, the rooms are in severe need of updating. The service encountered was super sweet and helpful but affected by a lack of enough staff. The location is excellent, within walking distance of all popular activities in Gatlinburg. The dining experience was good, offering a variety of breakfast options. Overall, a great stay with some room for improvement.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The rooms were extraordinary, spacious, clean, and had lovely amenities like a fireplace and Jacuzzi tub. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Gatlinburg near all the attractions, restaurants, and shops. The service was incredibly helpful and kind, making my experience even more enjoyable.
